6 WEEKS TO FOOTBALL MATCH FIT is a pre-season conditioning program for football players 14+.
DO YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR BEST SEASON EVER?
This is a 6 week progressive conditioning program with easy to follow videos, diagrams, voice explanations and information.
The focus components mean that you will launch into this season at your best.
4 sessions each week work on:
- whole body strength
- aerobic fitness
- anaerobic interval fitness
- ball skills.

Our physiotherapists offer video Telehealth consultations. All you will need is a working internet connection.
Why Telehealth?
Illness or injury may make transport challenging. Telehealth is also a great alternative for those who:
- live in rural or remote areas,
- have very busy work or family lives, and
may find it difficult to access high quality physiotherapy services.
Are Telehealth Consultations claimable?
Check with your Private Health insurer as to whether they provide rebates for Telehealth physiotherapy.
