When you sign up for the program you will complete a self assessment that calculates your baseline function. At the end of the program you will have the opportunity to repeat the assessment and see just how far you have come.

Meet The Team
Trisha Cashmere is the CEO of The Healthy Body Company. She started out as a physio, and now runs a dynamic growing physiotherapy business where she supports a team of motivated physiotherapists to reach their professional potential and do as much good in the community as possible.
The Healthy Knees Program was borne of frustration that so few people are aware that structured and progressive strengthening can make significant functional differences for people with
degenerative changes (or arthritis) in their knees. Further, Trisha wanted to be able to present a program that was accessible to anyone who was prepared to invest the time and energy.
Nathan Duguid, Physiotherapist and ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach
Nathan Duguid is a Physiotherapist having joined The Healthy Body Company in 2018.
During his career, Nathan has worked for a wide variety of teams and events including:
- Regional, State and Australian level Touch Football for NSW Touch Football and Australian Touch Football
- Brothers PJRLFC and Windsor Wolves Ron Massey and Sydney Shield Teams
- State level Softball for Softball NSW
- Local level netball, AFL, rugby league, rugby union, triathlon and trail running sports coverage
Nathan is a physio who practises what he preaches; you’ll find him in the gym 5-6 days per week, looking to build muscle and strength in order to enhance his health. He also participates in representative level touch football, as well as playing golf on a weekly basis with a modest handicap of 13.
Nathan has a keen interest in the latest research and evidence-base in physiotherapy, ensuring he stays on top of the latest developments in the field.
Nathan understands that by empowering people with evidence-based knowledge, they can take ownership of their health for long-term self-management and reduce the risk of re-injury.
Nathan is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA), where he is a qualified Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. He has also completed the APA Level 1 & 2 Sports Physiotherapy Courses and APA Level 1 Dry Needling.
Alix Waddell, Physiotherapist
Alix Waddell is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney, completing her Master in Physiotherapy. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Western Sydney University.
Alix’s passion for Physiotherapy started at a young age growing up playing many sports including, soccer, athletics, netball, swimming, oztag and tennis. This saw her have multiple visits to see physiotherapists which is where her desire to become a physiotherapist began.
Alix has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and in health and fitness. She believes a healthier body leads to an improved quality of life which lead her to the healthy body company.
Alix is classic 6am gym junkie often getting up early to get in a quick workout before work. She has played representative soccer and enjoys running, completing two half marathons.
Alix has a deep desire to help her clients live healthy active lives. She also has a current sports trainer certification and is accredited with Diabetes NSW to run BEAT IT classes at our Penrith practice.
Away from work, Alix values her time spent with family and friends. She often visits her nan and pop on the farm in Hartley and watching her brother play football. But what most importantly she loves most is her dog Marty.
