Trisha Cashmere is the CEO of The Healthy Body Company. She started out as a physio, and now runs a dynamic growing physiotherapy business where she supports a team of motivated physiotherapists to reach their professional potential and do as much good in the community as possible.
6 Weeks To Football Match Fit is the brainchild of Paul Chester, and Trisha is very happy to support Paul to bring this dream to life.

Paul Chester is a Physiotherapist having joined The Healthy Body Company in 2021.
During his career, Paul has worked for a wide variety of teams as physio, coach or player including:
- Regional and State Touch Football for NSW Touch Football
- NPL Nepean Player
- Youth League Football Coach

Paul is physio who loves all things football, and a football coach.
Paul has a keen interest in the latest research and evidence-base in physiotherapy. Paul understands that by empowering people with evidence-based knowledge, they can take ownership of their health for long-term self-management and reduce the risk of Injury or re-injury.
Paul is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and an Accredited NSW Football Coach (FFA/ AFC C Licence).
